If you've logged in to www.fieldtocup.com and you've navigated to your Account page, and don't see an active subscription, please read below for how to access your account.
We have a few subscription platforms that we use, and we'll be migrating all subscriptions in the near future into one platform to make this process simpler. Until then, please try the following options.
1) After logging in to www.fieldtocup.com, go to your Account page. Under "My Subscriptions" on the bottom right side of the account page, click the purple link that says "Manage Subscription". Your subscription will be here if you originally subscribed at www.fieldtocup.com.
2) If your subscription is not there, please visit https://fieldtocup.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login and enter your credentials. If you are unable to login, please select the lost password option or try to set up a new account if you haven't already done so. Your subscription will be here if you originally subscribed at https://fieldtocup.chargebee.com/hosted_pages/plans/tea-explorer.
3) If you originally subscribed on Cratejoy, please visit https://www.cratejoy.com/ and sign in with your credentials there.
4) If you're still unable to locate your subscription, please try our newest platform where all subscriptions will be moved to: https://subscribe.fieldtocup.com/my-account/. If you can't remember your account info, please use the lost password option.
