We ship out all of our boxes to active subscribers the first week of the month. If you're a Premium subscriber, you get priority shipment, with your box going out with the first group.
Since all of our teas are very fresh and picked seasonally, we accept new subscriptions until the 27th of every month.
If you happen to subscribe after the 27th of the month, your first box will not be next month.
Example: Subscribe on May 28th, first box will be received first week of July.
Your store discounts and perks are activated right away upon signup, and you will receive some setup emails throughout the month.
