If you are not satisfied with your first month of subscription, you may return your box within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The box contents must be photographed prior to shipping back to us to ensure it is complies with our guarantee. If you have not yet opened your box, please leave it intact and let us know via email.
Subscriptions that are cancelled while in transit will be redirected back to us by the shipper.
Steps to get a money back refund:
1) Photograph the box and it's contents, or let us know it's unopened. You must have the box in your possession (shown delivered on tracking) to request a money back refund.
2) Email us at email@example.com with your name, address for the order.
3) Purchase return shipping, or we can send you a return label via email and deduct it from the refund total. (This is the best option, as we get great shipping rates).
4) Return the box.
5) Once the box is in transit, we'll send you a refund to your original form of payment.
