All account management is done through your account on Amazon. You do not have an account through our website by default.
Your subscription will renew on the same day you signed up.
For example, if you signed up on January 3rd, your renewal will always be on the 3rd day of the month.
If you renew on February 3rd, your box will be the February box.
The only way to swap boxes is to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one. You can do so anytime, however once you purchase a subscription we will be sending that out immediately as we do with regular subscriptions.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Login to your Amazon account
Hover over "Your Account" on the top right, and scroll down to "Memberships & Subscriptions"
You should see Field to Cup on that page. If you have multiple subscriptions, you may need to click the right arrow until you reach our subscription. Click "Manage Subscription" link.
Click Manage Subscription, then End Subscription and Confirm.
